1. Joyful Worship: Joyland 어린이들은 예배를 통해 기쁨과 즐거움, 회복과 말씀의 능력을 경험할수 있도록 합니다. 어린이들에게 친근감있는 다양한 멀티 미디어와 인형극등을 통해 감동이 있고 살아있는 즐거운 예배가 되도록 합니다.
2. 영적 은사 Spiritual Gift: 은사는 어른이 되어서 만들어 지는것이 아니라 모든 어린이들에게 주신 하나님의 선물 입니다. 미래의 교회를 세워 나갈 어린이들의 은사를 최대한 계발시켜 하나님께 영광 돌릴수 있도록 인도합니다. Every child is unique and we try our best to celebrate their uniqueness and gifts and meet their spiritual needs. Through age-appropriate classes, children experience hands-on lessons and discover wonderful truth of the Bible.
3. Nurturing: 이 사회에는 어린이들이 믿고 따른만한 진정한 role model을 찿기가 점점 힘들어 지고 있습니다. 선생님들의 사랑과 봉사의 삶을 보며 또 돌봄의 손길을 통해 하나님을 경외하고 따르는것이 얼마나 소중한 일인지 느낄수 있도록 합니다.
4. Safe Place: 무엇이든 만져보고 어디든지 뛰어보고 싶어 하는 어린이들이 안전하고 편안한 시설안에서 마음껏 예배하고 뛰놀수 있도록 합니다. We make sure our children feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually safe at all time
